I think they had sausage...I'm not really sure. I think they had sausage in them and they were wonderfully spiced. The flavor was great - even if we didn't know what they were!! I saw another lady order them as we were leaving and she ordered bread with hers instead of fries. She then placed the croquette on the sliced bread, smashed it, and put mustard on top, then ate it like an open-faced sandwich.
